Chef KPE earned his chops at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and launched his career in exclusive restaurants and hotels such as Charlie Palmer Washington DC, Jean George’s, GILT NYC, The Rockefeller and Splash Light. President Obama, Beyoncé, Chuck Close and Jenny McCarthy along with companies such as Topshop, Camper, Victoria Secrets and David Yurman have all dined on Chef KPE’s imaginative cuisine, including his whimsically delicious Blueberry 8 Day Fried Pork and Bubble Gum Grape Soda Chicken Hearts™ He recently won Cut Throat Kitchen!
Growing up in the heart of New York City, Andie Karow began cooking at a young age learning from her family and drew inspiration from some of the world's most renowned chefs. Upon graduating from Johnson and Wales University, she began working with Jean-Georges and became an integegral team member in the opening of ABC Cocina. After years of studying with Jean-George, she left to open Contrada as a sous chef. Currently, Andie serves as head chef at Franny's in Brooklyn, cooking local and seasonal food.
Jeffrey Zurofsky has the distinction of being one of the select restaurateurs who has not only survived the harsh New York City restaurant business but has figured out how to make a name for himself. Along with his business partners, including celebrity chef Tom Colicchio, Zurofsky cofounded the gourmet sandwich chain 'Wichcraft and the fine-dining restaurant Riverpark and its accompanying urban farm. The two also cohost the new Bravo television series "Best New Restaurant."
Akhtar is the exectutive chef of IndieFresh with two decades of culinary experience under his belt. He graduated from the California Culinary Institute and has completed the hit series "Iron Chef America." He previously worked at La Esquina, Craftbar, Gramercy Tavern and Elletaria.
Founder and CEO of IndieFresh, healthy food concept which offer fresh soups, broths and other munchies for direct to consumer wholsealse use. Shom previously founded Juice Press.
Executive Chef of AppleWood, Kyle McCarthy, kicked off his culinary career after graduating from Johnson and Wales in 2010. He previously worked at the Standard Hotel, and joined Applewood a few years later. His speciality is creating inventive menus.
Scott began his career at the French Culinary institute. Upon graduation he joined Cafe Boulud as the Chef de Partie. He now serves as a private celebrity chef, specializing in French cuisine and outrageous Thanksgiving meals.
